Acorn by Synergie is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and expand our recruitment footprint across our Northern region.

This is a dedicated sales role focused solely on opening doors, winning new business and building long-term client partnerships. You'll be supported by an experienced delivery team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: generating revenue and growing market share.

The successful candidate can be based in the North West, Midlands or North Wales.

• Passion for building relationships and creating long-term value.

• Full UK driving licence - essential.
