Location: Newton le Willows
Salary: £13.45 per hour + Excellent Benefits
⏰ Hours: 36hr Contracts (weekends on rotation)

Our client is seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join their welcoming and well-established Residential Care Home in Newton le Willows. The home provides high-quality long-term residential care as well as short-term respite care, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support in a warm, family-orientated environment.

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care and help maintain the highest standards of care throughout the home.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred, however the right personality will go a long way
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
