Customer Service Representative (CSR)

📍 Location: Runcorn
Successful candidates will complete two weeks of paid training, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Following training, contracted working hours will be Monday to Friday, 4:30pm to 8:00pm.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across a range of services while ensuring a high standard of customer care.

About the Role

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will provide effective and efficient service to customers and prospective customers through a variety of communication channels. You will work in a fast-paced, multi-skilled environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company quality standards.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions following established procedures and policies.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and written correspondence.
• Register new customer accounts and maintain existing account information.
• Process payments and set up recurring payment arrangements.
• Review and classify vehicle passage images.
• Process Penalty Charge Notices, appeals and representations.
• Respond to customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Maintain schedule adherence and contribute towards team KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback and communication.
• Comply with all health and safety requirements and company policies.
