About This Role

We’re excited to be launching a brand-new package of care and are looking for caring, reliable and confident Healthcare Assistants to support a 2-year-old girl with complex care needs in her own home in the Skelmersdale area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new care team from the very beginning, providing compassionate, person-centred 1:1 support to ensure she is safe, comfortable and able to enjoy life at home with her family.

The role will include personal care, medication administration and clinical interventions, as well as providing reassurance, companionship and supporting her overall comfort and wellbeing. You will follow her individual care plan and work closely with the wider care and clinical team.

We’re looking for healthcare assistants who are caring, patient, reliable and passionate about making a difference.

Clinical Experience

Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.

Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK*
• Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
• Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.

We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
