Administrative Project Support 

Location: Merseyside

Contract: 6 months

Rate: £21.24 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role

We are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company in Merseyside that is looking to add an Administrative Project Support to its project support team on a six-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join a leading life sciences business. You will help make sure key project activities are tracked, coordinated and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on document completion and approvals with stakeholders
• Create, maintain and update Excel trackers and status reports
• Track action items and support the management of change control activities to ensure timely completion
• Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including project plans, timelines and status updates
• Format and update SOPs and other documentation in line with approved templates
• Coordinate sample collection activities and support the preparation of shipments
• Provide general administrative support to assist with project execution and operational activities

Experience and Skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and see activities through to completion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with document formatting and template management
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or other regulated environment would be an advantage
