Salary: £101-106 per day

Responsibilities:

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
• Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive atmosphere.
• Encouraging independence and personal development in students.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to be patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
• Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting the educational and emotional development of SEND students.
